After submitting your application, we’ll connect in a complimentary clarity call to explore your goals, decide which container is right for you, and make sure all your questions are answered. We’ll only move forward if we both agree that this is your right next step.
This is a 3-month coaching experience. At the end, you’ll have the option to continue into a 6-month coaching container for a special alumni client rate.
You also have the option of a single 90-minute intensive session, where we can focus on one or two topics related to your business – your message, signature offer, or a mindset block, for example. Your investment can be applied toward either coaching container if we agree that continuing together is your best next step.

The 3-month container is our place to work through your unique goals and challenges. In general, we’ll focus on crystallizing your message, designing or fine-tuning your signature offers, and creating a space where you can learn to confidently own your authentic voice and the message you’re here to share that will inspire, move, and attract your dream clients. You’ll be embracing and embodying the energy you want to attract to your business, getting confidently visible, and building a community of kindred spirits who love what you stand for, and seek out your guidance on their journey. We’ll also focus on selling your offers with confidence and clarity – not through strategy alone, but by confidently owning your strengths and the mission you’re here to fulfill, and aligning your mindset with your strategy… so nothing can stand in your way.
We’ll begin with a private Clarity & Strategy Intensive (90 minutes) followed by (9) private 60-minute coaching sessions via Zoom. We’ll use Telegram to stay in touch between sessions throughout our time together. You’ll have daily access to me for problem-solving, spot coaching, and being supported and seen at each step in your journey!
I weave together life, business, leadership, and mindfulness coaching, as well as a neurolinguistic programming (NLP) into my specific coaching style. And while I draw on my personal learnings as a coach and business owner, I believe you are your greatest teacher...so I will always hold space for you to have your own insights and intuitive hits, and reconnect with your inner wisdom and guidance. Additionally, as an ICF-certified coach (ACC) I have more than 125 hours of intensive coach training and hundreds of practice hours under my belt.
I’m a certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), meaning I’ve completed a 125-hour training program and hundreds of associated practice hours required for certification. I’m also a Whole Person Coach (WPCC) and certified Trauma-Informed Coach, trained in integrating techniques from Positive Psychology, Somatic Psychology, Meta-Learning, Developmental Psychology, NLP, Attachment Theory, and other scientifically grounded, evidence-based areas of practice. As a whole person coach, I work with the whole person—mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual—to facilitate my clients’ capacity to step into their full potential. Finally, I’m also a certified meditation teacher in mindfulness and compassion.
You are welcome to split your investment into (3) equal payments of $1200 over 3 months. Contracting, payment, and scheduling are all handled seamlessly in one secure platform.
